Easy Sweet Potato Dessert
- 350 grams Sweet potato
- 1 Egg
- 30 ml Milk
- 5 drops Vanilla oil
- 20 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 Egg yolk for glazing
- Preparation: Boil or microwave the sweet potato to soften.
- Melt the butter.
- Mash the softened sweet potatoes.
- Add the ingredients to the sweet potato.
- Adjust the consistency with milk.
- Arrange the shapes.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.
