Fruity Lime-Melon Smiles

  1. Cut melon lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds.
  2. Scoop out melon halves, leaving 1-inch-thick shells.
  3. Chop removed melon; drain well.
  4. Meanwhile, cut thin slice off bottom of each melon shell to allow it to stand upright.
  5. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  6. until completely dissolved.
  7. Stir in cold water.
  8. Combine chopped melon and fruit cocktail; spoon into melon shells.
  9. Fill with gelatin.
  10. Pour any remaining gelatin into small bowl to enjoy later.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until gelatin is firm.
  12. Cut into wedges to serve.
