Hearty & Quick Fried Udon with Ginger Pork

  1. Fry the pork with a little vegetable oil.
  2. After it's cooked through, season with the ingredients.
  3. Add the udon noodles.
  4. Loosen the noodles and stir to mix.
  5. Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with daikon radish shoots and pickled ginger.
