Loaded baked mashed potatoes
- 5 each russet potatoes (baked)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup real bacon pieces
- 8 inch section of cooked conecuh
- Bake potatoes
- Fry conecuh sausage
- Mix all filling in blender till completely mixed (I use a ninja pro)
- Lightly butter a 9x13 cassarole dish
- Spread layer of filling (about half) in dish then top with ranch, bacon, then shredded cheese (topping)
- Repeat step 5
- Then top with french field onions
- Bake on 350 for 15 min
