Cypress Inn Green Tomato Pickles Recipe

  1. Quarter tomatoes; chop onions in chunks about the size of prepared tomatoes.
  2. Bring peppers, sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper to a boil.
  3. Add in tomatoes and onions.
  4. Bring to a boil again and cut off fire immediately.
  5. Put in warm jars and seal.
  6. Let cure 2 to 3 weeks before eating.
  7. Don't OVER COOK or possibly pickles will be too soft.
