Lemon-Lime Daiquiri Layered Dessert

  1. Spoon sherbet into foil-lined 9x5-inch pan; spread to form even layer in pan.
  2. Freeze 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with whisk until creamy.
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until blended.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP and lime juice.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over sherbet layer in pan; freeze 3 hours or until firm.
