Chicken Fried Round Steak Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound beef round steak
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- Salt & pepper
- Cut round steak in serving pcs.
- Blend egg and lowfat milk.
- Dip meat in egg mix, then in crumbs.
- Slowly brown meat in warm oil, turning once.
- Cover.
- Cook over low heat 45 to 60 min or possibly till tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
