PHILADELPHIA Chocolate-Vanilla Swirl Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  5. Add sour cream; mix well.
  6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
  7. Reserve 1 cup batter.
  8. Stir chocolate into remaining batter; pour over crust.
  9. Top with spoonfuls of reserved batter.
  10. Swirl batters with knife.
  11. Bake 40 min.
  12. or until centre is almost set.
  13. Cool.
  14. Refrigerate 4 hours.
