Garden Variety Pizza
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls (8 to a pkg.)
- 1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. reduced calorie salad dressing
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg. powdered Ranch dressing
- 6 c. raw vegetables (your choice: carrots, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, red pepper, etc.)
- 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 or more sliced olives
- Press crescent rolls into jelly roll pan and bake at 375u0b0 for 8 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix yogurt, salad dressing, Ricotta and ranch dressing mix.
- Spread on cooled crust; top with slices and small pieces of favorite vegetables in layers and sprinkle with seasoned salt (if desired).
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and garnish with olives.
- Cut into squares to serve.
