Baked Crab And Artichoke Spread Recipe
- 2 can (large) artichoke hearts in water, liquid removed
- 1 can Crabmeat (or possibly fresh)
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- Mush up ingredients (I put the artichokes and crabmeat in the food process and just pulse it to chop it finely), then add in the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Put in an ovenproof serving dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
- Serve with crackers, croutons or possibly thin sliced baguette and a cold bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.
