' Quick' Banana Tart

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar together, fold in cream.
  2. Spoon into the casing.
  3. Combine all ingredients for the glaze in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and stir.
  4. Leave to cool.
  5. Arrange slices of banana over the surface of the tart.
  6. Brush the glaze and chill until required.
