Squalo Italiano

  1. Heat butter and oil together until butter is melted.
  2. Salt and pepper shark steaks, then saute until 2/3 cooked.
  3. Mix tomato sauce with the wine and the herbs.
  4. Pour mixture over shark steaks.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta or a wild rice medley and a big salad.
