Squalo Italiano
- 1 pound Shark Steaks
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 16 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cups White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Heat butter and oil together until butter is melted.
- Salt and pepper shark steaks, then saute until 2/3 cooked.
- Mix tomato sauce with the wine and the herbs.
- Pour mixture over shark steaks.
- Cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite pasta or a wild rice medley and a big salad.
