Braised Beef Roast

  1. Brown beef in oil,
  2. sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Add water & Boullion.
  4. Heat to boiling,
  5. Reduce heat Cover simmer on top range or cook 325* til tender approx 3 hours.
  6. If wish add vegetables before cook.
