Pepperoni Pizza Slices

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine baking mix and water until you have a soft dough.
  3. Turn dough onto floured board and knead 5 times.
  4. Roll into a rectangle 15x9 inches.
  5. Mix tomato paste, Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
  6. Spread over dough rectangle to within 1/2 inch of sides.
  7. Sprinkle pepperoni and cheese over seasoning mixture.
  8. Roll up firmly beginning with long side.
  9. Pinch edges to seal.
  10. Place roll, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
  11. Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  12. Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then cut into slices.
