Mushrooms Supreme

  1. Saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and set aside.
  4. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a small saucepan.
  5. Add flour and stir until smooth.
  6. Blend in pepper, whipping cream and bouillon.
  7. Stir into mushrooms.
  8. Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole.
  9. Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  11. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
