Lavender Sugar (To Use With Lavender Biscotti)

• 5 cups sugar
• lavender flowers
• lavender, stems dried

1. Place the 5 cups of sugar in an airtight container.
2. Layer lavender flowers and some lavender stems (washed and dried!)
3. with the sugar.
4. Every couple days, stir until the stems are completely dry.
5. Remove the stems; you may leave the flowers in the sugar if you'd like.
