Summer Berry Pie

  1. Mix berries in large bowl.
  2. Pour into pastry shell.
  3. Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
  4. Gradually stir in water until smooth.
  5. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
  8. Cool to room temperature.
  9. Pour over berries in pastry shell.
  10. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  11. Top pie with whipped cream.
  12. Makes 8 servings.
  13. Preparation time:
  14. 20 minutes.
