Brenda's Breakfast to Go

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Spray extra large muffin pans with Pam.
  3. Place one biscuit in each well and press up sides.
  4. Press small amount of shredded cheese of choice (I used plain cheddar) into bottom and sides of biscuit.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooked sausage, ham, veggies (or whatever you would like in an omelet) in bottom of biscuit.
  6. Break one egg into a small dish, season as you want with seasonings of choice (I used salt, pepper, and Italian season blend), mix and pour into biscuit.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until egg is set.
  8. Top with more cheese, enjoy!
