Veal Chops Recipe

  1. Brown garlic in oil and butter.
  2. Bread chops in flour on both sides well, sprinkling with above seasonings, as well as lemon juice.
  3. Remove chops from pan and add in 1 c. water, chicken bouillon and mushrooms to drippings.
  4. (If wine is desired, add in.)
  5. Place chops in pan and simmer for 1/2 hour.
