Veal Chops Recipe
- Loin veal chops
- Extra virgin olive oil & butter
- 1 can mushrooms
- Lemon concentrate juice
- Black pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- Garlic
- Flour
- 1 c. dry white wine (opt.)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Onion pwdr
- Brown garlic in oil and butter.
- Bread chops in flour on both sides well, sprinkling with above seasonings, as well as lemon juice.
- Remove chops from pan and add in 1 c. water, chicken bouillon and mushrooms to drippings.
- (If wine is desired, add in.)
- Place chops in pan and simmer for 1/2 hour.
