Cherry Marmalade Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups with oil.
  3. Sift together the flour and spice, then stir in the sugar and glace cherries.
  4. Mix the marmalade with the milk and beat into the dry ingredients with the margarine.
  5. Spoon into the greased cups.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
  7. Turn out onto a wire rack and brush to tops with warmed marmalade.
  8. Serve hot.
