Cottage Cheese & Banana

  1. Place 1 banana per serving in a bowl.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 Tbsp.
  3. almonds.
  4. Top bananas with cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Enjoy with 1 slice of bread spread with 1 tsp.
  6. peanut butter.
  7. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with breakfast.
