Cottage Cheese & Banana
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Almonds
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 tsps. peanut butter
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Place 1 banana per serving in a bowl.
- Mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 Tbsp.
- almonds.
- Top bananas with cottage cheese mixture.
- Enjoy with 1 slice of bread spread with 1 tsp.
- peanut butter.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with breakfast.
