Mexican Chicken With Rice Dish

  1. Saute chicken in oil until white (about 3 min).
  2. Add chicken broth, sauce, and taco seasoning.
  3. Bring to boil, then simmer, covered, 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add corn, bring to full boil.
  5. Stir in rice, cover, remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes, stir.
  7. Serve with toppings (sour cream, cheese, and chips) as desired.
  8. Try breaking the chips into small pieces over the dish!
  9. Reheats well.
