Minestrone Soup And Ground Beef Recipe

  1. In 5 qt Dutch oven over high heat cook beef, onion, celery and cabbage till lightly browned.
  2. Add in tomatoes, beans and corn with their liquid, zucchini, macaroni, bouillon, basil leaves and 2 1/2 c. water.
  3. Bring to boiling then reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer 8-10 min till macaroni and vegetables are tender.
