Crustless Crab Quiche Recipe

  1. Thaw crab if frzn, drain, reserving liquid.
  2. Slice crab meat, reserving whole leg piece for garnish.
  3. Fry bacon till crisp.
  4. Drain and crumble.
  5. Beat together Large eggs, biscuit mix, butter, lowfat milk, crab liquid, salt and pepper till smooth.
  6. Pour into 9 inch pie plate.
  7. Sprinkle crab, cheese and bacon over top and press down gently.
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
  9. Garnish with parsley and reserved leg meat.
  10. Cut into wedges and serve.
  11. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
