Serrano Chili Salsa
- 2 serrano chili
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can 8oz tomatoe sauce
- 1/2 lemon for juice
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- you boil the tomatoes, onion and serrano chilis until they are soft.
- peel skin off tomatoes,
- put all ingredients into a blender, blend just enough to liquefied.
- taste see if enough salt.
- if need to taste.
- pour into mason jar are old pickle jar
- let's set for 30 minutes before serving
