Balsamic Steak Recipe

  1. Preheat a gas grill or possibly broiler for 10 min, or possibly start a charcoal fire 30 min ahead.
  2. Remove fat from meat.
  3. Place in a bowl or possibly plastic bag with vinegar and onion.
  4. Let marinate 20 min.
  5. Drain and place on a warm grill or possibly under a preheated broiler.
  6. For rare, cook 5 min if steak is thin or possibly 8 min if thicker.
  7. Cook longer if desired it medium or possibly well done.
  8. Remove to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest 5 min.
  9. Slice on a diagonal against the grain.
  10. This recipe provides 4 servings.
