Easy 5-Minute Chocolate-Coffee Sauce

• 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee, any variety
• 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla

1. Microwave chocolate and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
2. ; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
3. Stir in sugar and coffee.
4. Microwave 3 min., stirring after 2 min.
5. Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
