Chorizo Light but Right
- 12 lb ground turkey, and
- 12 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 14 teaspoon green chili sauce
- 12 tablespoon hot paprika
- 12 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 14 teaspoon ground coriander
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the turkey/pork mix and cook, stirring with a fork to distribute.
- the meat evenly over the bottom of the pan, stirring constantly, cook until the meat is lightly browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes.
- Put in tacos, scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos, flautas, etc.
