Nachos Supremos
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. chorizo, casing removed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- hot pepper sauce
- 1 (30 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (7 oz.) can green chili salsa
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 to 2 avocados, mashed
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. pitted ripe olives
- parsley sprigs
- tortilla chips
- Crumble beef and chorizo into a skillet.
- Add onion; cook until meat is browned.
- Drain well.
- Add hot pepper sauce.
- Spread beans in a 15 x 10-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Spread meat on top; sprinkle on chiles and cheeses.
- Drizzle green chili salsa over all.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
