Fondue Herb Sauce

  1. Beat yolks until frothy.
  2. Beat in lemon juice,salt & pepper.
  3. Beat in oil, about a teaspoon at a time until 1/2 cup has been added.
  4. Add rest of oil more quickly, about a tablespoon at a time.
  5. Beat until like mayonnaise.
  6. May not need all the oil.
  7. Stir in chives, parsley & onion.
  8. Chill until ready to serve.
