Easy! Butter-Pan-Fried Salmon With Cream Sauce

  1. Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the butter in a heated frying pan, and start cooking with the salmon skin side down over medium-low heat, for 5 minutes.
  3. Before flipping over the salmon, add the shimeji mushrooms.
  4. Saute with butter well and cook for 4 minutes over medium-low heat, then flip the salmon over.
  5. Add the heavy cream and grated cheese to the pan, and adjust the seasoning with salt.
  6. Mix and it's done!!
