Easy! Butter-Pan-Fried Salmon With Cream Sauce
- 2 pieces Raw (unsalted and unflavored) salmon filets
- 1 clump Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 140 ml Heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 dash Grated cheese
- 2 cm square Butter
- Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
- Put the butter in a heated frying pan, and start cooking with the salmon skin side down over medium-low heat, for 5 minutes.
- Before flipping over the salmon, add the shimeji mushrooms.
- Saute with butter well and cook for 4 minutes over medium-low heat, then flip the salmon over.
- Add the heavy cream and grated cheese to the pan, and adjust the seasoning with salt.
- Mix and it's done!!
