Easy Chocolate Hazelnut Parfaits
- 3 cups low-fat milk, cold
- 1 cup fat free hazelnut-flavored liquid coffee creamer
- 2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup crushed shortbread cookie
- 2 cups fresh raspberries (optional)
- light whipped cream, for garnish
- In a large bowl whisk together the milk, creamer and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand another 2 min.

- Into 8 parfait glasses layer as follows:.
- 1/4 cup pudding, 1 tablespoons cookie crumbles, 1 tablespoons raspberries, 1 tablespoons cookie crumbles and another 1/4 cup pudding.
- Chill in fridge for 1 hour then garnish with whipped cream and a few berries!
- *Note: if you so desire you could switch out the berries for crushed hazelnuts or change the type of cookie -- experiment, have fun!
