Vegetable Stir-Fry With Beef Or Chicken

  1. In a medium skillet or wok heat 3 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli and mushrooms; stir-fry 1 minute or until crisp-tender.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add remaining 3 tablespoons oil to skillet and heat.
  5. Add beef or chicken; stir-fry 1 to 3 minutes.
  6. Return vegetables to skillet.
  7. Add Oriental Sauce Mix.
  8. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  9. Boil 1 minute or until beef/chicken is cooked through.
  10. Stir in tomatoes and heat through. Serve over rice, if desired.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
