Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and saute onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add wine, seasonings, lemon juice and crabmeat; simmer about 3 minutes.
  4. Add cream and shredded cheese; cook until cheese melts.
  5. Add breadcrumbs and stir well.
  6. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and top with slices of cheese.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
