Strawberry Doughnuts

• 1 12 cups white cake mix
• 1 large egg
• 13 cup strawberry flavored milk
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
• 12 teaspoon strawberry extract
• 3 -4 strawberries
• cooking spray

1. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, egg, milk, butter and strawberry extract until moistened.
2. Set aside.
3. Rinse strawberries and cut into small pieces.
4. Place in a shallow bowl and mash with a fork.
5. Fold 3 tablespoons of strawberries into batter.
6. Spray cake pop wells with cooking spray.
7. Fill each well with 1 tablespoon batter.
8. Bake 4-6 minutes.
