Health Loaf
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup soft brown sugar
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup sultana
- 1 cup water or 1 cup milk or 1 cup juice
- Mix dry ingredients together (including sultanas) Add liquid, mix until combined Pour into 2lb loaf tin Bake in moderate oven 1 hr or until browned on top.
