Pere Labat's Punch

• Ice
• 2 ounces amber rum, preferably Barbados
• 1 ounce Bajan Spice Syrup
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/4 ounce chilled club soda

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the rum, Bajan Spice Syrup and lime juice and shake well.
3. Pour (don't strain) the drink into a chilled rocks glass and stir in the club soda.
