Company Strata(Make Today, Bake Tomorrow!)
- 12 slices white bread
- 12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 c. fully cooked ham
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. instant onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- From 12 slices of white bread, cut 12 doughnuts and holes. Remove crusts.
- Put scraps in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with cheese.
- Cook and drain broccoli.
- Layer broccoli and ham over cheese.
- Arrange doughnuts and holes on top.
- Combine eggs, milk, instant onion, salt and dry mustard; mix well.
- Pour mixture over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 55 minutes or until bread is browned and eggs are set. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Yield: 6 servings.
- Freezes well!
