Company Strata(Make Today, Bake Tomorrow!)

  1. From 12 slices of white bread, cut 12 doughnuts and holes. Remove crusts.
  2. Put scraps in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Cover with cheese.
  4. Cook and drain broccoli.
  5. Layer broccoli and ham over cheese.
  6. Arrange doughnuts and holes on top.
  7. Combine eggs, milk, instant onion, salt and dry mustard; mix well.
  8. Pour mixture over bread.
  9. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 55 minutes or until bread is browned and eggs are set. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  11. Yield: 6 servings.
  12. Freezes well!
