Chocolate Mint Meringue Cookies Recipe

• 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 3 drops green food coloring
• 1 sm. pkg. mint chocolate chips
• 1 lg. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Cover 3 cookie sheets with foil.
2. Gradually add in 3/4 c. sugar to egg white while beating.
3. Beat egg white and sugar till peaks form.
4. Add in food coloring.
5. Mix in chocolate chips and mint chips.
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
7. Turn off oven and place cookie sheet inside and let them sit overnight.
