Creamy Carbonara

  1. Cook spaghetti as per packet directions, drain.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, cook onion and bacon over medium heat for 8 -10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  3. Pour off any excess fat.
  4. Add combined cheese spread, milk and eggs, stir to form a sauce.
  5. Toss sauce and parsley through pasta, serve with parmesan cheese and season with black pepper.
