Spinach and Shirasu in a Light and Refreshing Lemon Stir-fry

  1. Heat sesame oil and stir-fry the shirasu.
  2. When they have a little color, add spinach and stir-fry.
  3. When the spinach is wilted, drizzle soy sauce and stop the heat.
  4. Sprinkle on lemon juice, mix, and it's done.
  5. Season with black pepper if you like.
