Teriyaki Chicken

  1. In a large glass dish, combine soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, cooking sherry, ginger and garlic powder; mix well.
  2. Add drumsticks or chicken breasts and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Drain and discard marinade.
  5. Place chicken in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375F for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
