Meat And Cheese Strudel
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1/2 lb. presliced pepperoni
- 1/2 lb. capacola (hot ham)
- 2 medium to large green peppers
- 1/2 lb. sliced Provolone
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Thaw bread dough and divide into 2 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion to 12 x 24-inches.
- Make 3-inch slices from outer edge towards center, leaving center intact, approximately 1-inch apart the entire length of both sides (strudel style).
- Have ready peppers that have been sliced lengthwise and fried on low heat until tender.
- Layer Provolone and pepperoni.
- Sprinkle grated cheese, hot ham and peppers down center of dough.
- Repeat layer. Fold dough to center (strudel style).
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice into desired widths and serve.
- Great finger food for get-togethers.
