Corn-Based Gluten Free Flour Mix

  2. Shake the container before each use.
  3. This, of course, can be doubled, tripled, etc.
  4. as per your usage.
  5. Use 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum or plain gelatin per cup of mix to substitute for wheat flour.
  6. In recipes like cakes and cookies, add an additional egg for chewy texture.
