Napa Spinach Slaw

  1. For each serving: Combine 1/2 cup (125 mL) each cabbage and spinach, 1/4 cup (50 mL) each mushrooms and bean sprouts, 2 Tbsp.
  2. (30 mL) carrots and 1 Tbsp.
  3. (15 mL) onions in medium bowl.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) dressing and 1/8 tsp.
  6. (0.5 mL) pepper; mix lightly.
  7. Transfer to serving plate.
  8. Garnish with 2 Tbsp.
  9. (30 mL) won ton strips.
