Napa Spinach Slaw
- 3 qt. napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 qt. baby spinach leaves, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced, julienned
- 1-1/2 qt. bean sprouts
- 3 cups carrots, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 cups green onions, sliced
- 3 cups Kraft Coleslaw Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 3 cups won ton strips
- For each serving: Combine 1/2 cup (125 mL) each cabbage and spinach, 1/4 cup (50 mL) each mushrooms and bean sprouts, 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) carrots and 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) onions in medium bowl.
- Add 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) dressing and 1/8 tsp.
- (0.5 mL) pepper; mix lightly.
- Transfer to serving plate.
- Garnish with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) won ton strips.
