Jamaican Curry Shrimp and Crab Rundown
- 2 can lump crab meat
- 2 dozen large shrimp pealed and devanned
- 1 onion
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper ( habenero)
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 curry powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 salt n pepper
- 1 butter
- Dice onions, garlic, scallions and scotch bonnet pepper
- Add diced veggies in sauce pan with half of stick of butter and sautee from 5-10 minutes
- Add shrimp, salt and pepper, 2 tsps of curry powder and sautee for 5 minutes
- Add coconut milk and crab meat let cook down for 10-15 minutes
- Serve over white rice or boiled dumplings
