Jamaican Curry Shrimp and Crab Rundown

  1. Dice onions, garlic, scallions and scotch bonnet pepper
  2. Add diced veggies in sauce pan with half of stick of butter and sautee from 5-10 minutes
  3. Add shrimp, salt and pepper, 2 tsps of curry powder and sautee for 5 minutes
  4. Add coconut milk and crab meat let cook down for 10-15 minutes
  5. Serve over white rice or boiled dumplings
