Zesty Dijon Marinade

• 12 cup balsamic vinegar
• 14 cup Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 14 teaspoon ground pepper
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed

1. Combine all the ingredients and stir marinade well.
