Lo Mein Recipe
- 2 lbs. beef or possibly pork or possibly chicken
- 1 pound thin spaghetti
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 lg. onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 ounce. mushrooms (canned or possibly fresh)
- 1 can baby corn nuggets
- 1 carrot
- 1 pound broccoli & cauliflower
- 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 bottle Kikkoman stir fry sauce
- Cut meat into thin strips and mix with soy sauce in bowl.
- Set aside.
- Cut vegetables into bite size pcs (thinly slice carrot).
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Stir fry meat and vegetables.
- Put spaghetti and stir fry in large bowl.
- Pour stir fry sauce over top, toss and serve.
