Healthy and Tasty Banana Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Spray a loaf pan or a round pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix the first four dry ingredients.
  4. Mix the splenda and the wet ingredients.
  5. Combine the wet and the dry mixtures.
  6. Pour into the pan and bake for 40-60 minutes, depending on the pan that you used.
