Easy southwest salad shake
- 12 each 1 pint canning jars
- 1 packages chopped iceberg lettuce or buy a head and chop
- 4 each tomatoes diced
- 1 each 12 oz bag frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 can can black beans rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans rinsed
- 5 each diced red, yellow, orange sweet peppers
- 3 each carrots shredded
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 each bag of diced roasted chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 5 each sliced radishes
- 1 your favorite type of spicy dressing
- Individualize each ingredient in a row.
- Make sure you've washed your jars.
- Start with the lettuce on the bottom and go down the ingredient list adding layer by layer until the jar is just below the rim.
- Cilantro and radishes should be last.
- Cap and put in the fridge until ready to use.
- Add your favorite type of spicy dressing and enjoy!
